I quit smoking cigarettes after 25 years in September of 2016. I am happy to say I am still a non smoker.
In January 2017, I decided I WILL lose 70 lbs and in March of 2018 I hit that goal. Unfortunately I found myself putting that weight back on plus the Covid 20.
January 2021 I decided again I WILL get healthy and recommitted to myself. 13 Months Later I have hit 75 lbs lost and still going.
