Feeling Sparked I was the winner tonight at the place I do my personal training. The grand prize for the winner is a free month of personal training. After a won a nice woman who trains there 1/2 hour before me saw me run in this morning and jump on that scale. She approached me after the event and told me I inspired her. That makes me feel even more worthwhile to be able to inspire someone! The fog has lifted and I am moving ahead with full force determined to meet my goals! I need to give a big shout out to my spark friends who continue to encourage me and who believed in me even when I was counting myself out of this race! I can't express how grateful I am to each of you!
