If I were to give myself a grade in the past week I would have to say a solid B+ yet considering the vast change in behavior admittedly I am not thrilled with all the effort I put in to only see a 1.7 lb loss. In fact at various times in the week I actually was seeing a no pound loss.
I was at the gym walking every single day except Saturday. Yesterday I simply wasn't feeling well. I have been logging my food. I have NOT had any fast food. Packed my lunches and ate during the day and and tracked my food. I had hoped to be off to a better start to give me a little momentum yet I am simply going to keep going.
Move forward making more positive choices and results will follow.
