Celebrating a small win today -
I was attending my best friend's daughters 12th birthday party yesterday. Pizza was what was for dinner. I knew that I didn't want to eat that and simply planned ahead and brought something that I considered a treat. I had a frozen meal which generally I don't do. I brought with me a Healthy Choice Steamers Grilled Chicken Marinara and admittedly I really enjoyed that. Certainly had more flavor than what I have been eating. The calories were reasonable and I enjoyed having the pasta.
Simply reinforces my belief that if you plan and prepare you can overcome the challenges.
