Each day committed to making improvements. I am committed to following my plan. After all it is about the long term not immediate gratification.
This week most of the week I was should have been reporting a 2lb loss yet poof it's gone today. Overall trainer measurements were good on Wednesday and that is enough to keep me sparked.
I lost 3/4 in Thigh
I lost 3/4 in Waist
I lost 2 in in the Chest (lol)
It's a process one day at a time, one choice at a time and staying focused and committed even when the scale just doesn't want to play nice.
I Can and I Will....Watch Me......
