I had a perfect week and I am hoping to weigh in tomorrow and keep my 1lb loss. I had hoped for 2lbs but if tomorrow turns out to be 1lb well it's better than a 1 lb gain.
In the past I would have been extremely disappointed but today I find myself thankful. I also find that this time doesn't seem as challenging or perhaps I am not fighting it as I have in the past. I am enjoying the foods I am eating; mind you these are the same foods I have used in the past. I haven't missed Pizza or fast food which perhaps is the most surprising.
I am not sure if it is simply determination or if my mindset has changed. Time will tell.
Week #3 here I come!
